Unhappy

I have a 320F1 2004 that comes with the BWM business CD and I installed some sound to it but the problem Iím having is that I have a noise that comes from the stereo to the amplifier. I have a Line Output Converter because the stereo doesnít have preamp outputs and I think thatís what making the sound. The strange thing is that the noise is like a small banging and if I accelerate it stops. Does anyone know a way to connect the BMW Business CD to an amplifier in a way that I can get rid of the sound?

* I did pass the cables in the left side so it does not have to do with the power line going to the battery.
* I already tried some line filters and it made it better but I can still hear the noise.

If it helps what I installed was:
Two pairs of Boston Pro 6.5 speakers
PCX - 5800 Precision power amp
Boston Generator Sub
Blitzsafe Adapter
Roady XM Satellite Radio

Thanks

I've seen brake modulator feedback in Ford Expeditions. Have no experience in the E46 so I am just throwing this out as an idea.
