Bumping Noise When Cold

Anyone Have Any Ideas On What This Bumping Noise I Hear And Feel In The Shifter On My 328ic. When It Is Cold And In Reverse It Sounds Like The Drive Shaft Bumping On The Floorboard. It Also Does It In Drive But Goes Away As Soon As You Get Over 10 Mph, And Only When Cold

I would go for propshaft, best thing to do is get it up in the air, check all joints and linkages for any movement, what I do is go to my local exhaust place and ask them to check if the exhaust is rattling, then you can hop under and say OH !! maybe its the prop and they will be helping you to find the cause!!! always works for me.
