Broken "all window up" switch

The switch that puts all the windows up/down at once. It's broken. How do I fix it? It just kidna flaps there with no tension or anything.

Common problem? Easy fix? Cheap fix?

There is an "all windows up switch"? Does my '99 540 have that too?

It's the window switch on the drivers console between the drivers widnow switch and the backseat driver side switch. It might jsut be somethign that is only in convertibles I guess.
