Brake pad warning light

323i4me n00b Join Date: May 2008 Location: SE Wisconsin Car: 2000 BMW 323i Posts: 23 Photos:	Brake pad warning light Hello all. Brake pad warning light came on last night. Any tips or ideas?? I can do the brake job, but the brakes seem fine. Is it just the sensor that wore out? Is it possible to reset the code until the brakes really need to be done.

If you are certain the pads/rotors don't need to be changed, just replacing the sensor with a new one will take care of the indicator light.

liljavier n00b Join Date: Aug 2008 Car: 2000 bmw 328i Posts: 25 Photos:	yeah if u say da brakes are good (3mm+) anything below datz needs replacement.. if there good replacing da sensor would do da job remember itz not reccomended to resurface da rotors on bimmers
