Bluetooth Phone, Will It Work??

Hi Guys,

I have a 330 ci (2002) and have just ordered a motorola V3 mobile phone enabled with Bluetooth capabilities.

I was wondering will my phone automatically work with the car, so I can use the controls on the steering wheel. I have seen on this forum people talk about kits and converting, I was hoping that with me having the controls on the steering wheel my car may just be automatically compatible??

Can anybody help me please??

I must be thick!!!! still not sure I think from the site, if my car was March 05 onwards it would automatically be Bluetooth enabled, but as it is not I will need a conversion, I think!!!!

I was not bothered about clipping the phone into the section under the armrest, I just wanted a conection, even if the phone was just in my pocket.

Have I got it right??
