best exhaust to still hear engine?

hey all,
I love hearing the noise of the S54, but also want to get a nice sounding exhaust. My absolute favorite exhaust is the supersprint race, but can you still hear the engine when driving? Or is it dominated by exhaust and drone? Any other recommendations?

hey, i have a 05' 325Xi, and i was wondering the same...i recomend purchasing the stage 2 AFE Cold Air Intake. it really ups the sound of the engine, in the cockpit, and extierior aswell. no check engine lights or anything. i am looking into a remus exhaust aswell, but the intake makes a massive difference.
