Battery Smell?

patman66 n00b Join Date: Jul 2008 Car: Posts: 17 Photos:	Battery Smell? I have a 1999 328i,I seem to always have a slight battery acid smell.I check battery compartment and it is clean asa whistle,air tube seems fine.Is there anyone else out there with this type of odor?If so,what is there to do about it?
