Autotecknic replacable carbon fiber mirror covers or just stick on CF covers?

Just want to say hi to everyone here cause I am new to this forum. Anyways, as I was surfing for some carbon fiber stuff for my 07 335i I came across this website called autotecknic - performance composite, auto grille & accessories then saw these nice carbon fiber side mirror covers but the thing is there are two types, one is a replacable part that you would need to take apart the OEM cover and install these Autotecknic carbon fiber covers, the cost for it would be $320 US + shipping and the other one is just a stick on carbon fiber mirror cover piece very easy to install and it is even cheaper!! it's only $162 + shipping but I don't know which one would be better, any suggestions? I inserted the two comparing lines of the mirror covers so please let me know what you think everybody, thanks.
