The lifetime fluid is good for the lifetime of about 120,000 miles which is the average life of an automatic transmission. If you consider this mileage to be to your liking, then don't change it. However, if you would like to be like one of these guys that has over 200k and still going strong, change it. It should be done at every inspection 2.
