1.There is no dipstick to check the fluid.
2. Life-time tranny fluid so you don't have to worry about it.
3. BMW dealer will charge you $450-$500 to change the life-time fluid at about 100K, if you insist.
4. if no leaks and shifts nice, leave it alone!!

There is a plug by which you can check the correct level on the transmission although it is "filled for life". It is never recommended to completely change the oil, just do a top-up if nessecary. The plug is using an Alen- Key and it is accesible from underneath the vehicle on the left hand side of the gearbox if you are looking towards the vehicle front.
