Does anybody know how to upgrade the antenna to the new (05) style ? I've noticed that the original one on my 04 flexes a little and has actually left small dimples around the perimeter of the antenna base. It was like that when I bought it but I think the new design would eliminate the problem. Is this even possible without going to the dealership? I also think the new design is a cleaner look and would be easier to work around while I'm detailing.
kind of off topic but i was wondering if anyone knew where the antenna is on the 1992 325i...? it might be in the back windshield because i have never seen a 92-95 e36 with a tall external antenna
