annoying squeak/rattle!!

Does anyone out there have the same problem?

There seems to be a 'squeaky' sort or noise comming from the rear passenger side of the car. Seems to be parcel shelf/headrest area, but can not be sure. It is only extremely minor but is annoying!!

I had the problem in my 330ci sport and lived with it, it sort of comes and goes. I know have E46 M3 and has same problem only more evident probably due to harder suspension etc.

I realise this is real triva question but god is that sound annoying me!!!

I had a problem with my 325XI '04 left side rear passenger area - squeaky and rattling sound--- it was really annoying --- had it fixed 2 weeks ago. They said a pushpin was not installed correctly on the plastic panel by the rear seat.
