ive known at leats 2 bmw owners whove gotten defective rings from umnitza and got bad customer support in an attempt to fix them. took weeks to get them fixed. one guy just said "fuck it" and took out the bulb from the symmetrical ring on the other side so now he just has two angel rings that light up.
