Amp And Speakers Installation

I wanted to install and amp and speakers to my car, but was wondering how hard was it to get to the back of the stock radio. Do I have disattach the whole dashboard. Does any one have any suggestions.

I have an 03 325i bmw.

i have a 2001 325ci and its simple...like 2-4 scrws only i think....if its the same..just remove the trim(snap on cilps) then there should only be two screws holding the radio in....also they have somthing called a stepdown i believe...and with that you wouldnt have to get in the back of the radio and run rca nd all that hassle..you would just connect it to one of you existig speaker wires ....
