Of course mine was gone due to someone ripping off on a curb i guess. I found the wiring and installed a new plug and sensor and still my temp reads 122 and im not sure why. Can someone tell me if the sensor wiring runs all the way to the dash cluster without splicing into something else.
Someone told me if the reading was at 122 then i had wiring shorted across to each other but if there is i cant find it. Could my cluster be bad maybe?
not likely, are you sure you wired it correctly? Reversing the leads could likely be your issue. Or if the temp wire is exposed (bare wire) elsewhere and shorting against a fender or bit of metal somewhere.
