Hey everyone. I was thinking of replacing my standard foot pedals with some aluminum ones. Now, I have found a few...but there is a HUGE price difference between the two.

The first one I found at BMW Canada itself. For the 2001 325Ci (standard), the aluminum pedals (Part #: 35000007018) is $134.50 Canadian.

The second one I found from Bavarian Autosport are AC Schnitzer Billet Aluminum Pedal Set...and it goes for $264.95 US.

Now, these look almost exactly the same....so why is there such a huge difference in price?

I realize AC Schnitzer is a name brand...but that much more??? I mean, it's not like BMW carries crappy parts. Is the only difference between these two the name? If so, it would almost be silly for me to spend 3 times as much, plus duty and shipping to get the AC ones shipped from the States.
