how do you get the windows down with the key remote?

The accessories guide states "remote open of windows and sunroof"

is there another piece that is needed?

Thanks used

Not all models can do this, but most can. On the key, press and hold the unlock button. It'll take a few seconds before the feature is activated.

My key is going to be different than yours, but still should be the same function.

Insert the key into the door lock keyhole, turn to lock position and hold, your windows and sunroof will slide back.
