Installed out alarm last weekend, had it activated on Tuesday. Tested it out at home, and had absolutely no indication that the alarm had been activated. Couldn't set it off with the panic button, couldn't set it off from inside. Took it in this morning to have them double check the activation.
The service rep left a msg. saying that the interior motion sensor was installed improperly, so they want to charge another 1/2 hr labor to reprogram it again. Is this even possible? I thought that the wire end was keyed, and you could only plug it in one way. Could be wrong though, and wanted to check before I call BS with the rep.
