| Aircon Help !!!
Hi all,
I recently had the coil replaced on my compressor becuase it stopped turning.
All went well for about 2 months, then steam / gas came out of the bonnet.
Gas had leaked. Aircon specialist changed the expansion value. When I left the service station it wasn't working. It was a very hot day.
So I turned around and went back.
Gas had leaked out again.
They check pipes, seals and O-Rings. All seemed fine.
They did a re-gas and the High-Pressure went off the chart on the testing machine.
Now they telling me its the stage 2 of the Fan from the Radiator.
I'm sick of these mechanics in the industry that always want to charge and never fix the problem. They just assume what's wrong, charge and then move on.
The aircon is cold at the moment but only when I'm driving on the freeway.
Any help would be much appreciated. |
