air leak

Hi al,l i think ive found my misfire problem, after i start it up its fine untill i rev it, then i here a click, then i here an airleak from the intake manifold some where then it misfires.
Could some help and point me in the direction to look

Could be a leaking manifold gasket or a bad spark plug or plug wire.
