Hi there everyone, this is my first time posting on this site. There seems to be alot of knowlegable members and i'm stoked to be a new member! I was wondering if anyone would recomend using a k&n air filter. I have a 325ci, and I was also wondering if someone could tell me which E class this car is. Thankz DR805

what year is the 325ci? Is it a convertible or a coupe?
i recommend against the K&N filter. i dont think they make a difference in the world and you run the risk of contaminating your MAF sensor with the oil from the filter.

Nice car! Dirty_Tool, I agree with the risk of contaminating your MAF sensor with the oil for the filter! I went with the AFE intake, which has an option with a PRO Dry filter & NO OILing REQUIRED! I don't know if K&N has that option, although they might......So if DR805, really wants a CAI, he can search those options!
johnny,

p.s. The afe CAI is an OEM fit! It fits right in place of the Air filter Box......no modifications needed......
