Air Con

Great forum with lots of useful information. Just joined today.

I have got a 325 with climate control and the air con was recharged last year. This year I tried using it and cold air only came out of the passengers side vents, nothing from drivers side. Then a couple of weeks later tried it again and no cold air from either side. If I switch it on and leave the air con button illuminated the engine management light comes on.
This is doing my head in, has anyone had the same problem or knows what has happened.

there is a crapload of little motorized doors inside the unit, which direct air here and there. something is either fried (like a motor) or stuck or some plastic got broken. this ain't no freon issue...

i do not knwo if this can be fixed without pulling the dash...,somebody please helps here.
