air bag question car wont start???????

well Im trading up and getting rid of my e36 but I need some help with the car Im buying its a 323i e46 standard it was hit in the front lightly and deployed the driver side air bag no serious damage was done to the car bumper fender corner light but it wont start what do I need to replace to fix it without taking it to the dealer or can I by pass it till I can get it fixxed

please help Im getting the car cheap and just need to get it home so I can replace the parts thanks everybody your help will be greatly apprecated.Isaac

if the vehicles air bag deployed then the BST also deployed...you have to have the BST battery cable replaced before the car will start...I've done them on 3 series before and they are a Pain in the @$$...good luck

well Im getting the bst cable and the airbag and airbag moduel,and the rear under seat sensor does anybody have any of these or even know a junk yard thats good

also I need a pass side fender and liner. thanks for your help on the bst cable Isaac

DO NOT GET SRS PARTS FROM JUNK YARDS or SECONDHAND...when it comes to safety don't be cheap...new parts bro
