zrdave n00b Join Date: Oct 2008 Car: Posts: 4 Photos:	Aftermarket Diagnostic Tool I recently purshased an ,02 325 CI and a friend of mine has a '05 545I. We do not have a BMW dealership in our city and would like to purshase an aftermarket diagnostic tool such that if and when we do have an issue, we can diagnose the applical trouble codes and then provide this info to the service centre that does fix Bmw's here ( who apparently do not have an up to date diagnostic tool) Therefore does anyone have any advice on this subject, what apparatus they are using and what tool would work for both our cars. I have attached the link from EBAy which is selling the BMWGT diagnostic apparatus we are thinking of buying but I would like to be sure this is the appropriate tool to buy re our cars, and /or if anyone else is using this.
