Adaptive Headlight Issue...

I have an '05 330CI (Facelift) with adaptive headlights. The Previous owner for some unknown reason took the top covers off the headlights so I went through a carwash and flooded my headlights a little. After replacing a control module I have both headlights working again, and when you turn on the key they auto level, however there is no left/right motion no matter what. I replaced the control module and that just made that headlight do even less. It doesn't even level. Does it need to be reprogramed at the dealer? or you think the adaptive control module are both bad? If one stops steering do they both?

TL;DR Autolevels but no Left/right, have replaced control module and then no leveling on that light, so went back to orignal problem.

Thanks in advice for some BMW master tech to come along (wishful thinking)
