AC/Heater Blower Will not shut off on 2001 325i

I had my 2001 E46 in storage for 2 years, when I took it out I am having a few issues. First, as soon as I connect the battery the blower motor comes on and will not shut off. I pulled the IHKA and the blower still stays on, the only way to turn it off is to pull F50, the 40amp fuse that powers it. According to the manual, there is a AC relay behind the glove box. Mine does not have a relay or socket in the position they show! any help would be great.

Problem fixed

In case it is helpful to others. I replaced the Blower Motor Resistor and all is good with the blower. On to the next problem.
