99 e46 crazy lights....need advice

1999 e46 328i. The right turn signal blinks all the time unless I turn on the left. The right side parking light came on and stayed until I turned the key on and off. And the hazard flashers and the central lock switches won't work. I disconnected and cleaned the battery ground and that made no difference. I think the car may be posessed and needs an exorcism. Any suggestions?

Turn signal assembly? or light switch? pull the fuses to thet different system till the problem ceases then that is the system with the fault most likly correct?
