335i AC failure - BMW Forum

Hi,

My 2009 335i is in the shop because the AC evaporator is leaking. The car only has 8300 miles on it. Has anyone else had a problem with their AC?

It should still be under warranty, so let them deal with it...
Any component can fail at any time so don't worry because it should be sorted for you.

Thanks, but do you really believe that anything can fail at any time? It is still under warranty and BMW is fixing it, but I have lost a lot of confidence in the car. I am wondering what will fail next? I don't have time to deal with major repairs and am considering Audi now.

I don't know what to do, but I need a reason for the AC failure after only 8300 miles.

Many components are non-BMW, you were just unlucky... It will out live you !!
