I recently replaced my GM5 module on my 2001 330i... I had a faulty relay. After I replaced the module, a number of features no longer work such as Auto Locking, Alarm System, the car doesn't "chirp" when I lock it, there may be others. How can I get these features back?
The module needs to be encoded, then car key memory settings need to be restored. take it to a dealer or an Indy with the correct equipment and have this done.
