I got this fax from Germany today, regarding my question about “I’m wondering how many bad lucks cars BMW producing every week?”
Should I cry or laugh????????????

Therefore, we do regret reading the necessary repairs to your BMW 330i and deeply apologize for the inconvenience and time you already spent dealing with this issue.
We would like to assure you that your concerns are of interest to us. That is why we have contacted the Customer Service Management of BMW Sweden to review your matter together with them, as they are in the best position to support you in this matter. They informed us that your dealer offered you compensation in form of a set of winter tyres and that you were provided with a rental car during the repairs. Regarding the new key, which has been ordered for you, we can only recommend you to pick it up at your dealership.
Furthermore, we have been informed that BMW Sweden as well as your dealer have discussed all issues with you. From our point of view, we don’t have any reason to doubt their information and fell that your matter has been dealt with correctly.
