330ci Vs G35!!

Hi!! I have a question. If there was a race between a 2005 330Ci and 2005 G35, who would win? I think it's really hard to tell.

Or may be we should compare the new 2006 330Ci to the G35 since the current version is a 1999 version.
I think the E90 will take out the G35 anytime of the day.

I would have to go with the G35, since it has 260 horse depending on the model then it may have 280. I know a guy who has one that has a supercharger on his coupe pushing 400 horse. The thing screams

i agree the g35 BUTTTTTTTTT u know its not all about the speed guys i mean id choose a 330 over a g35 anyday coz of one simple thing ..............its a B.....m......W its al about the reliability the safety and the feeling u get when u know there is a BMW badge on ur steering wheel....cant beat that

depends what kinda race you're talking.... according to magazine road tests, standing 1/4 mile is about 1/2 sec faster in the g35, BUT when the hit the 1/4 mile, the 330 is actually traveling faster, so if it were a 1/2 mile drag, the 330 would probably win (better high end torque)... also, if you're road racing, the 330 would win on handling... but it'd be close...

You have to remember the G35 is an imitation BMW 330i, the original is always bettter to own than a knockoff!
HP is secondary, my 330i is plenty fast enough!

Actually, the new 2005 330ci E90 is faster in the 1/4 and 0-60 than the G35.

You're talking about a BMW vs an Infiniti.........how much will each one be worth and how will they look in 10 years?????? You're comparing cheaply made vs well built!
