325i premium pkg. Good deal???

I'm looking into getting my first BMW. I found a 2005 325i that is in perfect condition, fully loaded and just serviced. It has 59,456 miles on it and is priced at $19,995

.....Is that a good deal??? I really would like to get it but am worried about the cost of parts and repairs later on down the road.

Let me know what you guys think!!!
Thanks!!!

FL325i is an unknown quantity at this point
Not bad. We have a 2003 with the premium pakage, and repairs and services are pricey, whether done at the dealer or a specialty shop. I do my own repairs, so it isn't a concern for me. These are great cars, but still require maintenance, and are subject to failures that other cars experience, i.e. window regulators, sunroofs, electrical gremlins. The engine will last forever with proper oil changes. The auto transmission, despite what the dealer tells you, should have its fluid and filter changed about now, or you can expect the tranny to last little over 100K (lifetime fluid? not really). Good luck!
