I have noticed hot air coming from a vent(?) near the driver right foot. Hot air starts to flow within 10 minutes of driving. It gets uncomfortable when driving without shoes.
I am not sure if the engine is getting heated up or if this is normal (does not sound like it). Last week I got an alert that the coolant level was low and I topped it off and level still seems fine.
i am just guessing here, but the car usually gets very hot around the transmission and exhaust manifold area. If tehre is some sort of a rupture or opening, or a plug missing from the interior trim around that area, maybe that's why you're getting hot air in through there
