325ci - how many miles is too many miles...

Brand new to the BMW and to the forums... I am in the process of purchasing a 2002 325ci with 144,000 miles on it. I am a little nervous about the high miles but also know that these cars can last forever... thoughts? Thanks!

I don't see anything wrong with that as log as it had been properly maintained. My 98 328i has 262,000 km on it and it still runs great. Just ensure that it comes with paperwork documenting the service history.

I saw a guy on Bimmerforums bought a 325i with 500,000 Miles on it! He Posted a screenshot of his odometer and he had racked it up to 600,000 miles. Original engine and components.
