325 ci Window Problems with convertible top

My window has been sticking out when I close my door. It goes through periods where it no longer lowers when I shut my door and raise back up to "seal" teh car. When I shut it, it sticks on the convertible top and has a slight gap between the window and frame. 1/2" to 1" at times.

Is this a common problem?

Same thing happened to my '10 335 less than a week after I took delivery. Window was not lowering slightly as it was supposed to do when door was opened, so that it stayed in full up position and when door was closed the window was outside the channel in the rubber roof trim and not lined up with leading edge of rear window. Dealer fixed quickly by removing the fuse for the power windows and "resynching" them. No problems since then.
