Found a 2000 323i that is priced at $10,950. It has 105k miles on it. That's pretty cheap since KBB lists retail at $15-16k. Makes me wonder why the car is undervaled by 33%. If the car is clean, I'd probably buy it. I have been wanting to get a rear-wheel drive manual tranny sport sedan, and it looks like a Bimmer is the way to go. I know the 323i is the lowest/slowest model on the totem pole, but it will significantly increase my driving enjoyment over a 1996 Toyota Avalon (though I do wonder about reliability issues). Anyway, thoughts would be appreciated. If anyone can run the carfax, the VIN is WBAAM3331YCA87191.
If the car is clean, I would think it has to be worth buying.
Thanks,
NicB.
