| 320D high Fuel Consumption
I hope you can help me
I have a 320d 2005 model
Under heavy acceleration the engine management light would come on and the car would go in to safe mode.
this was fixed by local BMW specilist in chester, problem was fuel filter, but that was on the car 12 months previous so not sure how it has fixed it, but under heavy acceleration car is now fine, but the car drinks the fuel now, instead of doing an average 40mpg it does 30mpg for the same journey
changed the fuel and also put a wynns diesel treatment in the fuel but doesnt appear to be doing anything
any ideas whould be appreciated |
