Hi guys, i've just remapped a 320d and it mad no difference at all, in fact with the extra fuelling it made it worse. Ive put the existing map back on and test driven it, the guy has said that yep, thats normal and I reckon id beat it in a Ford Transit van, its diabolical! The turbo doesnt spool up at all. Ive heard many a rumour of MAF sensor failure on these so changed that to no avail. Checked the turbo pipe work and all seems fine. The car has 40k on the clock and had a new turbo 7k ago. Any ideas or help here would be great. Ive got an OBD fault diagnostic machine which turned up last night but cant get to the car until sunday.
