 318i E46 Oil lights
Hi, recently had my engine changed. I stay about 1000miles away from where the repairs where done so i had to drive it all the way. Firstly before i drove it i noticed it was struggling to startup but the repairs garage told me the engine had been lying idle for some time so it could be the rings which needed to adjust or something. So i drove it,on getting home i noticed when i switch the car on the engine still struggles to start up but the red oil light comes 3 secs after switching on and then stays for about 30sec then switches to yellow and then its stays on for about 30 secs and switches off completely. I stopped and checked the oil level and it is ok. The car is also not as powerful and but when i run the engine it sounds smooth. What should i do , i dont have warranty on the engine. Please help.
