316ti blower won't run cold

Hi everyone first post so please be kind.
I have just picked up a 2004 316ti compact (no air con) which will not blow cold air. The engine runs at normal temperature but once it is warm the blower only produces warm air when selected to the coldest setting and with the vents set to blue. Outside the temperature is about 0 degrees Celsius, this is going to be uncomfortable in the summer!
Grateful for any advice on where the problem may lie.

AC System probably needs a recharge. The refireigent can leak out over time. Take it to a good qaulity shop to have them look at it.
