2008 BMW 328I Blue Tooth Pairing - BMW Forum

I recently bought 2008 BMW 328I with "Navigation System". This is my first BMW and I have very less knowledge about all the available features. my question here is, how to pair my Phone with my BMW?.

I see the phone button in the steering wheel but I don't know how to pair my phone. when I took that dealer I was told I don't have Bluetooth kit. I need to spend $1500 plus to install the Bluetooth kit. if that is the case why do I have those two phone button in the steering wheel. do I have any other option?

any piece of information is greatly appreciated.
