2007 Certified 335i price question

I am looking at 2007 Certified 335i in Chicago area.
It has 16,363 miles, Grey leather and Blue color, auto transmission. I think it has premium package.

The dealer listed it for $29.99K.

Is this a good price? I sounds pretty attractive to me. How do you experts think so?

I bought MY 2007 335i Premium / Sport Certified with 17,500 miles in Ft Lauderdale April 2009 for 34,000. 29,900 sounds good but I would check New Cars, Used Cars, Car Reviews and Pricing - Edmunds.com **** Make sure it's Leather seating NOT Leatherette *** they look very similar but you can tell when you see both.

Sounds like a good price, I would definitely do what Damien said and check out Edmunds or a similar site to check on some of the options.

finally got it:

2007 335i, 16k miles, CPO, with premium, cold package and logic 7 sound.

price paid: $29K. they give me trade in (2005 Toyota Prius 55K miles) for $10K.

yes, that's a big jump. Here is my track:

Isuzu Trooper (5000 pounds full-size SUV)
Prius (50+ MPG)
335i (300 horsepower)
