I am trying to choose between a 2005 BMW M3, or 2005 Porsche 911 Carrera S?
Assuming money is not an issue, which is the better choice overall given these specific models only? This comes down to product name, body style, interior design and feel, front engine versus rear engine, and motors designed with different power curves.
dude, there many things to consider.
ur taking this the rong way...FIRST ask..what do u want from a car.
not wat the car can do for u.
u want everyday car?, u have family? u go on track days? u want confort or a bit of rawness in ur driving... etc..
there both beautful cars, they both go nuts wen u hammer the peddle, they both achieve similar results..but go a differnt way about it.
its upto u..to choose wat way suits u.
the new 911, is of course..umm.NEWER, and has better resale in long term...the current M3, though a couple of yrs away from replacement...is more than half way through its life cycle.
I have no family, I have a second car - a 2005 Subaru Outback, I do like rawness in driving, I would like to drive it on the track. I am leaning toward the Porsche
more and more.
The newer M3's are able to be driven fine for everyday use, and you can turn it into a track car with no compromises, but since you have that 2005 Subaru, I'd probably go with the 911 Porsche
