2004 BMW 330ci for $14,500 (77,000 miles)

I found a 2004 330ci that a women has for $14,500 and was wondering if this is a good deal. It has 77,000 miles on it. She is selling it to me for what she would get at trade-in because she is a family friend. It has only been owned by one women who took care of it. I've never owned a BMW and I dont know much about them but is the cut in price worth the higher mileage? The car is in great shape and the only thing that worries me is the high mileage. Help please. Thanks

Sounds like a good deal to me. 77k miles really is nothing to this car. The first BMW I bought had 168,000 miles on it!

acon is an unknown quantity at this point
My '04 e46 just turned 79k this week. I've been the sole owner and taken really good care of her. I haven't had any major problems but I did cover myself by getting an BMW extended service warranty and an additional mechanical warranty back when she turned 50k, which both have already paid for themselves. IMO, the late model e46's are more reliable (given proper maintenance) compared to the earlier models.
