2004 330ci

I recently just got a brand new 2004 330ci with sportspackage and what not directly from Germany. I ordered it through the euro deal where you save 7% on the cars value. My question to anybody who knows is if i have a stronger engine with more HP than a USA made BMW...anybody know for sure? Thanks.

are you talking about the european delivery? if so, then no its the same as the us spec cars.

Yah...thats what im talking about. I was just curious...so i have a speed limiter at 128mph right? anybody know a good chip to take that off and tune my car better?

i'm not sure about the aftermarket softwares, but i do know that the dinan software removes the limiter.

Thanks a lot, i used to have an old 1982 320i, but this car is far superior as you know. do you know any way to find the HP with the sportspackage on?

The sports package by its self does not increase HP of TQ. The Performance Package will increse both. Conforti makes a software upgrade as does Dinan. The car is OBDII and you do not have to physically replace a chip it is all done through software upgrades.
