2003 325ci Amp Remote Wire??

my friend is running a amp and sub into my car.the only thing he doesnt know how 2 do is run the remote wire to turn the amp on when the car turns on. it is goign to a stock headunit. do you guys have any ideas? please reply. thanks.

What year and model is this specifically and also what radio do you have? nav system?

Try doing a search in Audio. I think it is pin 16, but i am not 100%. There is a diagram somewhere but you will need to do a search.

it is a 2003 325ci and it is the buisness unit no nav

It appears that pin #16 is radio output for the "antenna switching signal" so my gues is this would be it. Test it wth a meter to verify.

White wire, abou 16 or 18 ga you can catch it in the trunk left side at the amplifier
