Does anyone know if a car with a premium package means it has leather seats?

And actually, what exactly does the premium package and sport packages add?

8-way power front seats with 2-way manual headrests and thigh support
3-driver memory for exterior mirror and seat positions
Automatic tilt-down of passenger’s side-view mirror when vehicle is shifted into reverse gear
Automatic-dimming inside rear-view mirror
4-way power lumbar support for front seats
Sport package:
12-way adjustable front sport seats (includes 2-way headrests and thigh support)
3-spoke leather-wrapped multi-function sport steering wheel with fingertip cruise, audio and accessory phone1 controls
17 x 8.0 Star Spoke (Styling 119) cast alloy wheels, 225/45R-17 performance tires7
Sport suspension calibration

Premium package should have leather, make sure you're not getting leatherette (fancy term for look-like-leather vinyl.
If you add both, you will get a very nice looking car inside and out with better handling/performance.

Thanks for the replies guys. Most helpful. It's hard to find what exactly comes in those packages for the older years.

I picked up a 2002 325i with sport/premium packages.

And no, it doesn't have lumbar support. Course maybe becaue it has the sport seats instead of the premium seats?

Nope. I do not have the sport package and still no lumbar. Congrats though.
