I was told by a couple people that the 01 3 series has much easier steering than the 00. I am not sure about the 00 but the 01s steering was a little on the soft side for me. I read some where this can be changed back to the 00 feel with a warrenty retro fit.
Is this true?

Any help on this would be appreciate. I know I would like the stiffer steering better but the 01 as is nice also.
