2001 330i Stalling issue - BMW Forum

My 2001 330i 4dr has been stalling from time to time at low RPMs. For example, when I back out of my driveway or pull out, and trying to shift from reverse to drive, it would stall out for no apparent reason. It happens periodically, so no patterns as to when its going to happen. Also, I feel a slight lag when I start accelerating, as if there's not enough fuel. It feels like it's going to stall, but then it picks up. I am not sure if both problems are relate though. Any help would be appreciated.

i have a 2001 330ci and i have encountered the same problem though mine is a stick, but when this has happened to me i have been slowing down in neutral to an intersection or something. i checked it out with one of my friend's engine monitoring computers and it came out to be the fuel injection sensors which are about 100 bucks if you can replace them yourself. since this the problem has disappeared so i am not sure if that will work.
