Hi;
I have a problem with the trunk lock. Using the remote I hear the actuator working but the lock will not engage. Using the key does not either. I am driving the car with the trunk open ( the little light on the dash is always on).
Any ideas on what the problem is, would be much appreciated. Thanks
I had this same issue with the tailgate on my 850. From opening and closing it over the years, the plastic clip broke and I ended up having to fix it with zip ties. Works almost all the time with the remote but it always works with the key now.
